Orders signed for the AUV-NG, the new-generation autonomous underwater vehicle designed for mine warfare, jointly developed by Exail and Thales.

The vehicle combines the platforms and endurance provided by Exail with sonar sensors developed by Thales. This equipment is intended to enhance the French Navy’s mine detection and destruction capabilities, under the OCMF contract.

This contract will accelerate production to supply 8 additional platforms. The first delivery is scheduled for 2027.
